If you’ve forgotten your password for FollowApp.Care, don’t worry! This step by step guide will show the process of creating a new password and enabling you to access your account once again.
Step by step guide

On the login page, you’ll see a ‘Forgot your password’ link above the ‘Sign in’ button

Click the ‘Forgot your password’ link and enter your email address in the field on the following page. Make sure this is the email you have a FollowApp account with.

Click on ‘Send Verification code’

Go to your inbox. You will receive an email with subject ’FollowApp.Care account email verification code’. Copy your code.

Paste the code in FollowApp webpage and click on ‘Verify code’ button

Once the email is verified click on ‘Continue’

Set-up your password, confirm password and click on ‘Continue’

‘Sign in’ to your account
